Veronica Ho ricevuto come regalo di matrimonio da alcuni amici una notte nella casa sull'albero. Che dire la camera bellissima, molto spaziosa e davvero confortevole, dotata di vasca idromassaggio, sauna e un letto matrimoniale infinito. Abbiamo ricevuto una rosa in omaggio, una bottiglia di champagne e degli ottimi cioccolatini. Due aspetti però mi hanno lasciata del tutto perplessa per quanto concerne il servizio trattandosi di un 4 stelle non mi aspettavo: 1. Il ragazzo alla reception che ci ha seguiti si fosse dimenticato completamente di fornirci le chiavi della casa sull'albero invitandoci a tornare a riprenderle non appena avevamo occasione. ( ci sta una svista ma eravamo gli unici in quel momento a fare in check in e non avevamo imposto alcuna fretta). check in effettuato alle ore 15.30 circa. 2. Il giorno dopo volevamo usufruire della spa tutto il giorno e dunque ho chiesto in maniera precisa se dentro la spa ci fosse un ristorante o un posto dove mangiare. Ci è stato comunicato che era presente solo il ristorante del posto (che va benissimo) il problema sorge nel momento in cui chiedo: " dunque per mangiare è necessario uscire dalla spa, cambiarmi e rientrare? la risposta: "si signora mi dispiace dovete cambiarvi e uscire per poi rientrare". Una volta arrivati alla spa faccio la stessa identica domanda e le ragazze mi comunicano che assolutamente non è cosi che ce un area dedicata del ristorante dove i clienti possono recarvi anche in accappatoio. Ora io dico forse sarebbe il caso di formare e informare tutti i dipendenti dei relativi servizi? questo piccolo particolare per qualcuno potrebbe essere molto importante. come nel mio caso essendo incinta avrei rinunciato a tale servizio solo per la scomodità. 3. nel regalo che ci è stato fatto era prevista una cena a 4 portate. era presente il menù con tutte le pietanze. ho spiegato di essere incinta e dunque quando veniva offerto purtroppo non avrei potuto mangiarlo. La cameriera molto gentile comunica che potevo assolutamente scegliere un altro piatto e cosi è stato. Tengo a precisare che ho scelto UN solo piatto quando me ne sarebbero dovuti aspettare 4). mio marito ha preso due bicchieri di Vino. Alla fine abbiamo dovuto anche pagare la differenza di circa 20 euro. possibile? ho mangiato un solo piatto e il valore non si avvicinava minimamente a quello del menu degustazione. Parliamo di circa la metà. non ho potuto nemmeno mangiare il dolce.
