A comfortable, family-friendly hotel with excellent entertainment for children over three, ideally located to make the most of the area's amenities. Exceptional staff, starting with the manager, Fabrizio, is always available to guests and ready to satisfy every need.

A very comfortable hotel with extraordinary staff. Kind, cheerful, and helpful... ALWAYS. The playroom is truly well-managed, and the staff is very attentive to the needs of the little ones. Angela is a great asset. The rooms are spacious and clean. The spa is small but very well-organized. The restaurant offers a wonderful experience every day: everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail. The chef deserves a Michelin star. The dining room staff is incredibly friendly: Michela, Luciano, the bartender, everyone, truly friendly and kind. My only suggestion: more variety in the children's menu. Otherwise, I recommend everyone to choose the Gran Baita!

Always a hit. Simply perfect, both summer and winter, for families with children looking for a completely relaxing holiday. An added bonus: attentive and knowledgeable staff regarding celiac disease. For those with this condition in the family, hoteliers usually respond with "we don't take responsibility" or they don't know anything about it. My daughter is treated wonderfully here; she enjoys her meals in a friendly and inclusive environment that is rare to find. We'll always be back. :)

We stayed for a week in March. The location was perfect, the rooms were large and spotlessly clean, equipped with every comfort, and the staff were all professional, kind, helpful, and friendly. Fantastic for families, with entertainment, special services for children and teens, attention to detail, and a wonderful spa with reserved access for children at specific times. The food was of great quality and variety. We'll definitely be back.

We stayed at this hotel in two connecting rooms. From the moment we arrived, I knew I was truly on vacation! We arrived at 3:30 PM and immediately enjoyed a snack (sweet and savory) in the cozy Octagonal Room, where we enjoyed two aperitifs the following days, courtesy of the management. The rooms were very spacious, including a bathroom. Modern and functional furnishings, complete courtesy kit including a bathrobe and slippers for the spa. Each room had its own large balcony with two chairs and a small table. The spa was a real treat, also available to families with children under 16 (for a very small fee). The cuisine was excellent: every evening there were always excellent regional dishes, as well as "national" dishes, seafood, and vegetarian options. But the highlight was the kids' club, with accompanying service to the ski slopes, which allowed us to go skiing in other areas while sending our kids to the ski school independently. The kids' club is open until 10:00 PM. Free shuttle, ski storage, and a gym complete this little gem of a hotel. The food is always excellent, and the service in all areas always lives up to expectations, with smiles and courtesy at every opportunity, and impeccable cleanliness. Everything is truly excellent!

Our stay at the Gran Baita family hotel was wonderful. Everything was perfect, from the services offered to the kind and attentive staff, the truly delicious breakfast, afternoon snack, and dinner, and the comfortable, spacious, and above all, clean rooms. The kids' club is truly well-organized, with several playrooms and a room where children can eat with the entertainers while adults relax in the spa or simply enjoy a quiet dinner. Excellent value for money, we will definitely be back. Thanks again for a wonderful vacation!
