Very good, relaxing hotel. We made a mistake and mixed the date of our reservation, they were really helpful to move our reservation quickly. After that, all went smooth. Great room, great mountain view from our room! and, great toilets Spa is small but there were not many people when we visited. It is really relaxing and fun. They provide towels at no cost. Just one negative small thing was the Cappuccino at the breakfast. I expect better in Italy :)

Perfect location, superb stuff, nice hotel

I have to compliment the barista at the breakfast is passionate and welcoming. Other than that, it is not expensive and room is clean and spacious. Car parking is included. It is near one cable car station. Happy to stay for 3 nights

This is my second year choosing this property. A very pleasant 3-night stay, truly exceptional value for money. The new and modern ski lift is easily reached on foot in less than 5 minutes. The spa area is truly well-maintained and well-designed, with everything you need for a relaxing afternoon after skiing. Full breakfast, a garage to keep your car indoors, and a ski room. Needs improvement. Some boot warmers should be added to the ski room, as they're too small for the number of people using them. Spa: Not something to improve, but some supervision is needed. People don't respect hygiene and silence; they enter the sauna without a towel and shout in the relaxation area. This isn't a problem with the property, but guests could be informed about how to use the wellness areas and periodically checked to ensure they're following the rules. I'll definitely be back next year.
