The ravages of time have already taken their toll on the hotel, but the prices do not reflect it. Fortunately, we were here for one night. The room for 4 people had one double bed and three sofa beds, which were terrible, you couldn't sleep on them. It creaked and you could feel the iron grate through the mattress. When someone turned over at night, they woke everyone up and didn't sleep themselves. The pool was good and the sauna was functional. The breakfast was good. This was the only thing that saved some stars. For me, I wouldn't go there again for that money.

The hotel was clean, breakfast was okay, and for a quick ski trip it was absolutely sufficient. I also appreciated the large parking lot, which is definitely a plus.
The only downside was the room equipment – there was no fridge or electric kettle, even though these were shown in the photos. That was a bit disappointing.
Overall, it was still a good choice for a short stay, and I’d give it 4 stars.

Decent location, friendly breakfast staff and bartender.
Tired, uncomfortable rooms, drafty windows, uncomfortable mattress, poor soundproofing. The hotel's Wi-Fi doesn't work. There's not even a kettle in the room. The hotel restaurant is closed, only breakfast (very limited selection and no vegetables), and the evening bar is open from 7:00 PM.
The sauna was closed. The ski room is located outside and is always open to the public.

Basically ok but we paid new year prices and definitely didn't get value for money.
Parking good, walking access to town good .Rooms need kettle, more sockets, better sound proofing from road noise.
No evening food available, no extra entertainment for new years eve. Pool ok but sauna needs to be looked after better. Staff don't have good knowledge of the area. We travelled around to ski and enjoyed the location for that.
Staff pretty good generally but the owners were around and ignored guests, they need to improve and invest, it could be really good.

Our friends stayed there and it's a great hotel. Unfortunately, we won't be able to go this year. So, I'm kindly asking the reservations department to cancel our reservation on behalf of the Naffah family, as no one is answering my emails or phone calls. Thank you for your attention.
