Hotel Alpe

Truly a fantastic hotel experience! Beautiful facility, super relaxing spa, excellent dinner, and a special thanks to Francesca, incredibly kind and always smiling. Everything was truly perfect. Then it arrived: the rental bathrobe. While all the guests were elegantly strutting around in their white bathrobes straight from the spa catalog, I entered triumphantly wearing the only brown, yellow, and beige striped bathrobe. It looked more like an '80s camping tent than a bathrobe. I don't know if it was vintage, a historical rarity, or a museum piece of spa design... but I assure you, I was easily spotted in the spa from 200 meters away. I think I've created a new service for the hotel: "Find the guest wearing the '80s living room-style camouflage bathrobe." Aside from this moment of involuntary stylistic glory, the stay was truly top-notch. Would I return? Absolutely. But next time... a white bathrobe for me, too!

We stayed at the hotel for a week's skiing and had a wonderful time. The rooms are simply furnished but spacious and clean, with fantastic views of the Gran Vernel and the Sassolungo mountain range. The pool and whirlpool are ideal for relaxing and having fun with the kids after a day of skiing. There's a wide selection of after-dinner activities: billiards, ping-pong, and bowling (for a fee). The Alba ice rink is a 5-minute walk away, and the ski lifts are a 10-minute walk away. The staff was always helpful, and a special thanks goes to Olivo, who, in addition to being a lovely person, is an excellent ski instructor and accompanied less experienced skiers on their discovery of the area's splendid slopes. Highly recommended for families.

Hotel in a strategic location, nice spa, just a few comments, pool water a little cold and monotonous salty breakfast, it would be enough to add a toaster and a griddle to keep scrambled eggs warm for variety.

The single room was extremely small. It doesn't deserve to be called that. My storage room is bigger. The room cleaning staff doesn't do their job properly. They don't clean the bathroom. When I arrived, the room wasn't clean. I found scraps of paper lying around and other signs of poor hygiene. The food was mediocre. The property offers other amenities such as an indoor pool, sauna, restroom, games room, and a small bowling alley.

I always enjoy staying at this property. The rooms are renovated and the location is close to bus stops and 20 minutes from the town center. The food is simple and good, and the staff is friendly.

An excellent choice in the heart of the Dolomites. Close to the Sella and Pordoi passes, and with all of Canazei's amenities just minutes away. The hotel offers all the amenities you need, including family-friendly amenities, including free parking, a bus stop, restaurants, and a supermarket just steps away.

Excellent stay, spotlessly clean and spacious rooms, good breakfast and dinner, friendly service, super pool and spa.
