Pros: Varied and high-quality breakfast, excellent location
Cons: Hotel in need of renovation, both in the common areas and in the rooms (at least the ones I saw), with old furnishings and outdated fixtures. Impersonal service.
Poor value for money.

The hotel is in an excellent location for skiing, just 150 meters from the ski lifts to Pecol. As for the reception, we found three young women at the front desk: one was very kind and helpful, another less so, while the third improved our impression on the last day. The rooms are warm and welcoming, but could use more maintenance and upkeep. Breakfast is rich and varied, with both sweet and savory options. Dinner offers refined dishes, although the portions, despite being gourmet, could be larger. Table service was impeccable, with very friendly waiters, especially one blonde waitress who stood out for her professionalism. The spa features a cold plunge pool, two saunas (one hotter than the other), a Turkish bath (which could be warmer), and a heated pool with hydromassage. The pool deck, however, requires maintenance, with pieces of silicone on the bottom and peeling tile. The relaxation area is very well-kept, although the fruit juices, both at breakfast and in the relaxation area, are a bit too diluted. Lastly, my room had a bathtub, which is quite uncomfortable for showering. I recommend replacing it with a shower tray, which would be more accessible for everyone.

Very simple but nice hotel just a few hundred meters from the lift in Canazei. We are 4 friends who shared a family room "Comfort". Unfortunately far too small to offer any greater comfort. A good and substantial breakfast was served with most things you could wish for except boiled eggs. Dinner consisted of 4 dishes which unfortunately were mostly quite tasteless and unseasoned, but sometimes the chef managed really well.

Hotel located near the Canazei-Pecol cable car and a short distance from the village.
The hotel is a bit dated but still functional.
Large and well-appointed rooms, some with large balconies.
Breakfast buffet with a wide
choice of sweet and savory options.
Helpful staff

Overall, a good experience at the Park Hotel Faloria during a week of skiing in Canazei.
The rooms are adequate but fairly standard, and some are even a bit small, although they are sufficient for a ski-focused stay. Cleanliness was good throughout the week.
Both breakfast and dinner were among the hotel's highlights: very varied, well-organized, and with good quality ingredients, which is much appreciated after a day on the slopes.
The hotel is located at one end of the village, in a quiet area, but about 400 meters from the Belvedere gondola, a reasonable distance for accessing the lifts.
The spa is another highlight, especially considering it's a 3-star hotel. It's a pleasant area to relax in, with bathrobes provided and drinks available in the lounge area—a nice touch.
The common areas have a somewhat retro feel, but they are functional. The staff was friendly at all times, especially the Filipina woman who served us dinners; she was always attentive and very welcoming.
Overall, a highly recommended option for a ski holiday if you value good food, a spa, and excellent service.

The hotel is close to both the cable car and the Alba ice rink. It offers private parking, a spa, and ski storage. In the room in front of the restaurant (for guests only), there's a beautiful fireplace and a grand piano available for guests' use. One complaint: a truly annoying draft comes in from the windows on the restaurant floor.

The hotel enjoys a stunning location with a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains, making it a great base for skiing or summer activities (biking, mountain biking, and hiking). The entire staff, especially Marco, is professional, friendly, and courteous.
