We recently stayed at this hotel, which overall proved to be an excellent choice, although there are some areas that could be improved considering the price and its location (4-star S). Positives: fantastic room (we had the panoramic suite), excellent dinner and breakfast, excellent location two minutes from the ski lift. Special mention goes to Donato, the restaurant manager, who was always attentive and friendly. Things to improve: as many other guests have already noted, the spa is very nice, but the only hot tub is in the outdoor pool, where the water is far too cold to use in the winter. The music in the sauna and relaxation area is way too loud. The service could be improved in some areas considering its high-end location. Overall, we'll be back!

The hotel is worthy of its star rating. Perfect room, excellent service. Impeccable breakfast and dinner. I'd also like to point out Anna as the restaurant manager and Valentina in the lounge bar, who were always ready to accommodate my requests.

We stayed at the hotel for a weekend, but unfortunately, I don't think the price was worth the service. The hotel is very beautiful inside, and the rooms are nice too. It overlooks the slopes and is very close to the gondola, making it very convenient for skiing. There's a spa, which I found pleasant, as well as an indoor pool with a relaxation area (loud music and children playing in the pool, so it was a bit noisy), and an outdoor pool (which I found cold, making it unpleasant to be outside). The dishes we tried for dinner and lunch were good. Now for the negative: I found the staff unhelpful and unwilling to help guests. (For example, I hurt my finger and needed treatment. I asked where I could lean on to get treatment, and they told me to do it in my room.) Unfortunately, I also didn't have a good experience at the bar, with the staff seeming annoyed by my requests. There was no staff in the spa, just the masseuse, who was busy with clients. I expected more from a 4-star hotel, and I don't think it was worth the price paid for the weekend I spent there. Nice hotel, great location, but I didn't like the staff's attitude. I didn't feel welcomed, and this led to a negative review of my experience.

A wonderful place to experience La Villa and the Dolomites in luxury. The cuisine and gastronomy are truly exquisite. Nothing is too much trouble, and we had a wonderful holiday.
