We stayed for three days at the Cristallo Hotel in the beautiful setting of the Dolomites! I have to say it was truly perfect, with a spa, super comfortable beds, excellent food, a peaceful atmosphere, and very clean rooms. On the ground floor, there's also a well-stocked sports shop with extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. Everything was perfect, we'll definitely be back!

My stay at the Hotel Crystallo in San Pellegrino from the end of July to the beginning of August was a true pleasure. From the very first "Buongiorno" at the reception, I sensed that this hotel is run with heart. The entire staff, from the reception to the waiters and chefs to the cleaning team, worked with great dedication and genuine care for their guests. The hotel is picturesquely situated between mountain trails, close to the lifts, ideal for both active vacationers and those who simply want to relax with a view of the Dolomites. The rooms are decorated in classic Italian style: warm, cozy, and meticulously cleaned daily. Only the somewhat dated bathrooms and the erratic ventilation on the third floor are reminders of the building's age. The water was occasionally cooler than at home, but that hardly matters when everything else is of such a high standard. I was particularly impressed by the food and service in the restaurant – warm, smiling, and very communicative people. The dinners a new menu every day, lovingly prepared and exceptionally delicious – conveyed a feeling of welcome and comfort. The breakfasts were a bit monotonous, but the dinners more than made up for it. An added bonus was the guest card, which allowed free use of public transport – a great solution for those who want to explore the surrounding areas without a car. Just keep in mind that the last bus to San Pellegrino leaves at 5:20 p.m. – so it's worth planning your day well and returning in time to avoid missing the wellness offerings and dinner. Crystallo is a place with soul and Italian charm. I left with a smile and a classic "arrivederci" – hoping to return soon on my motorcycle and practice the many switchbacks between the mountains.

The property is clean, offers numerous comforts, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The terrace is truly beautiful, where you can enjoy lunch, enjoying excellent grilled food just a few meters away in a huge fireplace. The location is truly strategic; you can go on many hikes on foot from the hotel, without having to drive. Chairlifts and cable cars are also nearby, allowing you to reach higher altitudes (for example, Col Margherita). The adjacent shop is also very interesting and well-stocked.

Wonderful hotel in an enchanting location. Spacious, spotlessly clean rooms with breathtaking views. Excellent cuisine, a generous breakfast, and friendly, professional, and always smiling staff. A huge terrace with an open-air BBQ is perfect for truly delicious lunches in the heart of the Dolomites. A well-maintained and relaxing wellness center is also available. The property, with outdoor access, also has a fully stocked sports shop with everything you could possibly need, a wide selection, and excellent value for money: you won't leave empty-handed! The wonderful e-bike rentals are a new addition that I particularly enjoyed. There's a play area for the little ones and a dedicated buffet menu! Here, every detail is designed to make you feel special. Highly recommended, I can't wait to return! It's a place I've always loved ️

In a splendid location on the San Pellegrino Pass, this family-run hotel is always friendly and helpful. The cuisine is excellent, with more than tasty dishes. Lucia leads her staff in the dining room, providing excellent service!
