This is the fourth year we've chosen Forte as our base for our ski week. The atmosphere is familiar and welcoming, the staff are friendly, the food excellent, the spa is small, and the historic touch makes the stay even more magical. Mr. Guido and his staff are always available and attentive to their guests' needs. Highly recommended.

A wonderful hotel with very friendly staff. In winter, the hotel's own shuttle bus takes you to the ski lifts in Arabba in 5 minutes. The spa area is also very nice for a hotel of this class.

A wonderful stay – highly recommended! Our overall impression was excellent. The hotel is a beautiful, small fortress on the edge of town and has a very traditional feel. At the same time, our room was modern, bright, and very cozy thanks to the abundance of light wood. We really enjoyed the combination of tradition and modern elegance. We had a suite that was very spacious and beautifully furnished. The beige and gray tones combined with light wood created a pleasant, tranquil atmosphere. The large living room, which offered plenty of space, was particularly lovely. The modern bathroom with its walk-in shower was also very high quality. There was also a large balcony. The bed was extremely comfortable; we slept wonderfully. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable. Fresh towels every day, regularly changed bed linens – everything was always very well maintained. The staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and attentive. Check-in was straightforward, and any questions or concerns were addressed immediately. Even when we needed a doctor, they provided invaluable support and assistance. The food was an absolute highlight. There is traditional Ladin as well as Italian cuisine. The salad bar was very extensive and included not only salads but also grilled vegetables, cheese, bacon, and much more. There was also an appetizer, main course, and dessert – and everything tasted absolutely delicious. You were more than satisfied every time. In the mornings, you could choose from a large menu for what would be served in the evening. For breakfast, there was a generous buffet every day with everything you could wish for: bread and cold cuts, eggs (boiled or scrambled), bacon, ham, muesli with fresh fruit, as well as pancakes, croissants, and other pastries. There was something for everyone. The spa area is relatively large and well-equipped. There is a steam room, a classic sauna, a cold water shower with a bucket, whirlpools, a relaxation area, a foot bath, and a seating area with tea. It was a wonderful place to unwind after skiing. The location is on the edge of town, right next to the road, but still very quiet. The rooms are well-insulated, and the balconies face the back of the hotel. The village and the ski lift are about a five-minute drive away. There's also a ski shuttle that runs to the lift in the morning and back in the afternoon – operating for an extended period, even outside the scheduled shuttle hours if needed. Amenities include Wi-Fi, parking, a fitness room (which we didn't see or use), and a hairdryer, shower gel, and shampoo in the bathroom – everything you need. The hotel has a very quiet and pleasant atmosphere. There are no après-ski crowd, which we personally appreciated. The guests are mostly older; we're in our 30s and really enjoyed the peace and quiet. If you value restful nights and don't like après-ski, this is the place for you. The hotel is especially ideal for couples and solo travelers. We didn't see any children during our stay. Therefore, we can't really comment on its suitability for families, but it would be possible, as there's room for an extra bed. The hotel is ideal for families. The value for money is excellent. We would come back anytime and can absolutely recommend a stay here.

We spent two nights here, with a beautiful snowfall on Christmas Eve. It felt like we were in a movie! The location is quiet; if you have a clear night, open the window and you'll see a spectacular starry sky, as there's no light pollution! The food was delicious, the welcome was warm, and the staff were so friendly. A special mention goes to the restaurant staff, who were incredibly friendly and helpful. We had a truly enjoyable Christmas, thank you!

The hotel is clean and very welcoming, with friendly and helpful staff, from the owners Guido and Debora to the staff Linda, Astrid, and Ermanno, who are always ready to accommodate any guest request.
