The hotel's stylistic concept is outstanding and is carried through to the smallest detail. Someone has truly put some thought into this! The room and the wellness area were fantastic. The location, right next to the gondola station, is unbeatable if you're heading to the Seiser Alm. The food was excellent! The only minor drawback is the service in the restaurant. We'll definitely be back!

We expected more. Don't get me wrong, the hotel doesn't have any major flaws, but sometimes it's the little things that make it stand out. Our primary concern was that, while the staff was friendly across the board, they were a bit cold in our opinion. Not warm, not truly familiar. We noticed this at the reception desk. At least 50% of the service (not all of them) also seemed rather cold, with a "we're just doing our job" attitude. We had requested "gluten-free" in advance, but apart from a roll as a starter at dinner and the following breakfast, there were unfortunately no explicit alternatives – not even on the "alternative menu" that were tailored to us or even slightly adapted. This was completely forgotten at the welcome breakfast (on the day of arrival). We were offered or advertised gluten-free dishes that were definitely not gluten-free and were served that way. Unfortunately, this is not possible with serious intolerances like celiac disease (fortunately, we don't have it). For dinner, I received fries instead of the fried potatoes I ordered. The all-inclusive service and what it includes was only explained to us upon request. At the snack bar, the staff never asks if you want a drink. When ordering (included!) drinks, you almost feel guilty. At least that's how you're made to feel here. Again, that's not a major flaw. But for the price, we've seen impeccable service at other hotels in this price category. The rooms (including cleanliness) and the pool temperature are also worth mentioning. We were also allowed to check into the room in advance. The gym is OK, has everything you need. The spa area is very clean and attractive. Individual infusions (e.g., Tony Lemon) round out the package. All-inclusive offers a wide selection of drinks (including alcoholic ones). Overall, it's a well-deserved 4*, but unfortunately, we weren't met with our expectations and, as of now, we probably wouldn't come back.

Perfect spa day Local and contemporary experience with mountain views. We had a cloudy and quiet Monday. Very happy with the sauna experience. However, be aware that swimsuits are prohibited in the sauna area. As Canadians, we appreciated keeping our towels on for modesty.

Beautiful hotel, attentive, courteous, and extremely professional staff. We felt right at home. Special mention goes to Antonio's show saunas and the organized excursions. The cuisine is excellent and always varied, with a focus on food intolerances. The facilities are always clean and tidy. In short, everything was perfect!

Sensoria was an amazing experience for us. We visited this amazing resort on a three night stay for our honeymoon. The room was extraordinary with so many details that made it even more special, the food was unbelievable and the staff was so kind and helpful. Everything was 10/10 and we cannot wait to be back some day.
