Excellent property very close to the center of Canazei, with a very efficient shuttle service to the ski lifts... Very varied breakfast and dinner, respecting the flavors of Trentino cuisine. Very friendly staff.

We stayed in the apartments across from the hotel. The apartments were new, modern, well-furnished, and spacious—nothing negative to report. If there was anything to improve, perhaps the ski rack, which is open and unsecured (inside the building). The building also has a laundry room with a washer and dryer (for a fee). As for the location, it's a bit far from the center of Canazei. You can walk to the center, but not enough to walk with boots and skis to the ski lift. There's a bus stop (for a fee) next to the hotel.

I took advantage of a last-minute deal with a 20% discount. Large hotel, spacious standard rooms with balconies and plenty of storage space. The dining room was impeccable with friendly staff. The wellness area was well-maintained, but small enough for only half the guests to use it. The owners were always available and available to offer advice. A wonderful holiday.

Just returned from 5 days at this hotel. Compliments to the chef. The food was truly delicious, with a wide selection on the menu. The staff were attentive, and the rooms and facilities were clean and spacious. The location was wonderful, practically in the center of Canazei. Excellent!

We stayed at the Hotel Juan Maria from August 4th to 16th. Location: Excellent, just a 10-minute walk from the center of Canazei, in a quiet and peaceful area. Rooms: Sufficiently large, although the furnishings appear a bit dated. Daily housekeeping is adequate, but we would have appreciated a few more details, such as a bar of soap for the bidet, a plastic cup in the room, and shampoo separated from the soap used in the shower. Food: Breakfast is generous, especially for the variety of cakes, although pre-filled croissants and fresh fruit were missing. We recommend enriching the buffet with local products and reducing the use of packaged products at breakfast. Dinner is plentiful and varied, but we would have liked to alternate meat and fish dishes more frequently (only once in two weeks) and to have fresh fruit after meals, such as pineapple or melon. Staff: We greatly appreciated the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff and reception. In short: a comfortable and quiet hotel, with spacious rooms, good food and friendly staff, but with room for improvement in the details of service and culinary variety.

Hotel just steps from the center of Canazei. Nice and clean rooms. The food is excellent, and they cater to guests with allergies and intolerances. All the staff were helpful and friendly.

We stayed at this hotel with our dog. They are very careful about gluten-free cuisine and its contamination. The rooms were cleaned daily. Excellent location.

What makes this hotel stand out is the attention they pay to their guests. My wife suffers from various food intolerances, and I can attest to the fact that everyone went out of their way to ensure that every dish was of the highest quality and expertly prepared. Compliments for the cleanliness of every area, and the always available parking—what more can I say? Well done!
