At Brondstott Farm & Suites in Santo Stefano/San Lorenzo di Sebato, you arrive at a place born from fire, stone and renewal. Rebuilt from the remains of a fire-ruined farm, the property has been reimagined into a boutique retreat of 4 designer suites that blend history and modern comfort. Each suite is crafted with warm natural materials – wood, stone, metal – and offers private terraces, gardens and panoramic views across the Pustertal valley. This is a place for calm, connection, and quiet immersion in mountain life just outside the bustle, yet close to the attractions of the Kronplatz region.

Each of the four suites, named Fire, Coal, Embers and Ash, immerses you in a distinctive theme tied to earth and transformation. Expect luxury touches such as a hot tub, private sauna or steam bath, garden or terrace, high-quality cosmetics, soft lighting and restful beds. The suites come with kitchens and cosy living spaces, providing autonomy without compromising on elegance. On request, breakfast arrives in a curated regional basket placed at your door, filled with homemade and local produce.
Nature, seasonal experiences & quiet luxury
Brondstott is a small farm with animals (horses, chickens etc.), offering guests a sense of rural connection and authenticity. In summer, you can stroll through gardens, sip wine on the terrace, or relax in the outdoor hot tub and lounge spaces. In winter, proximity to the Kronplatz lifts and ski infrastructure make snowy escapes easy, and the farm’s ambience offers refuge from the cold outside.
