Clean and beautiful hotel. The staff are helpful. The hotel is located next to the cable car. The hotel provides free cable car tickets. I recommend this place for families.

The receptionist (Melanie) was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. She always welcomed us with a smile and answered all our questions competently. An excellent first impression that made our stay even more pleasant.

The chalet is very nice and clean. I recommend staying there, but its drawback is that it doesn't have lighting, so at night it's very gloomy due to the lack of lighting. The Bronik area in general is very, very quiet and gloomy, and the center can be reached in five minutes. My rating for Bronik is 1/10.

I stayed there for 3 nights. It is a very excellent hotel with a beautiful view, five-star service, and wonderful facilities. There is a parking garage, a laundry room, a spa, and a good breakfast!
