Welcome to Mölgg Dolomites Residence

High in the Ladin village of San Vigilio di Marebbe, the Mölgg Dolomites Residence offers contemporary living amid towering peaks and clear mountain air in the Kronplatz area. The residence features ten designer apartments furnished in warm natural wood, with large windows, balconies or terraces, and for some units private infrared saunas. A “Casa Clima” certified building ensures sustainable comfort, while a private garage, lift and spa-style amenities bring ease to your alpine stay.

Living, wellness & independent comfort

Each apartment is equipped for self-catered living, with complete kitchen, living area, bedrooms, and some include a sauna-room of their own. Guests enjoy access to a fitness room, the heated outdoor pool, and relaxing lounge zones. Breakfast is included in the apartment price or breakfast basket service can be arranged, adding a touch of hotel convenience to apartment flexibility.

Year-round adventure at Mt. Kronplatz

Right in the heart of the Dolomites region of Kronplatz, Mölgg Dolomites Residence positions you for both active days and peaceful nights. In winter ski lifts of Dolomiti Superski, cross-country tracks and back-country opportunities such as snow-shoe hikes await close by; in summer hiking trails, mountain-bike routes and alpen-meadows open wide right on our doorstep. The Alta Badia setting also offers rich cultural context and quiet moments above the bustle.

This was our third time staying at Mölggs, and just as before, we were absolutely delighted with our stay. Large, well-equipped rooms at very reasonable prices, a great breakfast, and a warm, family-friendly atmosphere that made us feel completely at home. Many thanks to the Mölgg family and team; we'd love to come back!

A truly deserved five stars: first and foremost, the kindness, hospitality, and helpfulness of the Molgg family, which make the residence both professional and homely. Modern, immaculately clean; a spacious apartment, basic yet beautiful, equipped with every comfort. Heated pool and gym. TOP breakfast. Covered garage available for guests. Everything is TOP: nothing else to add.

From June 20th to 26th, we stayed at Mölgg Dolomites Residence for the third time. The first time was in 2016, when it was still practically brand new. But now, after seven years, the apartment and the rest of the building still look brand new. You can clearly see that a lot of attention has been paid to maintenance and cleaning. The apartment looked impeccable and spotlessly clean again. Manuela's welcome was very warm and friendly. We were able to park our car and bicycles in the parking garage underneath the building, which is also clean and very well-maintained. All luggage could be brought to the apartment using the designated trolleys via the elevator. In the morning, we enjoyed a very good and extensive breakfast buffet. In the afternoon and early evening, the sun shines on the balcony, making it perfect for relaxing. During the week we were there, it was sometimes even too hot on the balcony. On warm days, the heated pool offers a wonderful place to relax after a mountain hike or mountain bike tour. We're also very grateful that we can use the SüdTirol GuestCard for free, which includes free public transport, reducing the need for our own car. We feel very comfortable with the Mölgg family and will be booking again for summer 2024 very soon.

Extraordinary: for the beauty of the property, the courtesy of the staff, the cleanliness and attention to detail of the rooms and furnishings, and the spectacular view of the snow-covered slopes from the large windows. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended!
