Nestled on the sunny side of San Vigilio, Apartments Erardi Ruth a Marebbe/San Vigilio brings you into a calm, light-filled haven just steps from the slopes. This family-run house features three refurbished holiday flats (56, 75 and 80 m²), each designed for comfort, natural materials and panoramic views. The apartments are located so that from your door you enjoy sweeping vistas over the slope network of Pedagà, Piz de Plaies, and the challenging slopes Sorega and Erta. With no pets allowed, we maintain a peaceful, restful environment for guests seeking tranquillity and alpine immersion.

Every flat is fully equipped for self-catering yet designed with care, with natural wood finishes, open layouts, balconies or windows framing the mountain scenery. Guests can enjoy full flexibility: shop locally, cook in your kitchen, or dine in nearby restaurants as you wish. Between your activities, relax in the calm of your space, breathe the alpine air, or step out onto your balcony to watch first light hit the peaks. With the lifts La Bronta/Miara just two minutes on foot, the connection to the Kronplatz plateau feels almost seamless.

Situated between the natural parks Fanes-Sennes-Braies and Puez-Odle, our apartments in Enneberg/San Vigilio is ideal for outdoor lovers. In summer, the landscape invites you onto hiking trails, high passes, alpine meadows and forest routes. In winter, snowshoe paths, cross-country tracks, ski slopes and mountain adventures await just outside your door. The local village centre of San Vigilio is also within easy reach and offers services, shops, cafés and cultural stops. Whether your days are active or slow, the apartments place you in the heart of Dolomites nature, offering both freedom and superb access to everything the region has to offer.

In the Springtime 2017 we enlarged our holiday-house on the second floor. The apartment named San Vigilio new has a flat of 56 sqm and you find it to the right side of our house, with the entrance on the back side, allways using the upstairs on the first floor. The aparment consists in two double-bedrooms, furnished with SAT-TV and safe, two bathrooms, living-kitchen-area allways with SAT-TV, wi-fi, double-sofa-bed and balcony. Starting from the standard-capacity with four beds, till 5 persons have place with the sofa-bed, corresponding to the rule "anti-covid" = 1/10 (10 sqm/person). At disposal to our guests: private parking place, garden, washing-machine and in the winter-season, without charge, the skidepot with boot dryer at the skisaloon La Miara/Bronta at the skilift La Miara.

In the Springtime 2017 we enlarged our holiday-house on the second floor. The apartment Piz de Plaies with a flat of 75 sqm is situated to the left side of our house with the entrance allways using the upstairs on the first floor to continue on the second. The mensioned apartment consists in three double-bedrooms, all three furnished with SAT-TV and safe and one of the three bedrooms is 17 sqm large, 2 bathrooms, living-kitchen-area with SAT-TV, wi-fi, double-sofa-bed and balcony. Starting from the standard-capacity with 6 beds, we have the possibility to host till 7 persons with the sofa-bed or the pouff-single-bed in the bedroom of 17 sqm, corresponding to the rule "anti-covid" 1/10 (10 sqm/person). At disposal to our guests: private parking place, garden, washing-machine and in the winter-season, without charge, the skidepot with boot dryer at the skisaloon La Miara/Bronta at the skilift La Miara.

In this Springtime we have renewed the three bedrooms in the large apartment Plan de Corones, situated on the first floor with a flat of 80 sqm. The mensioned apartment has three bedrooms, divided in two double-bedrooms and one bedroom with double-bed and single-bed with the possibility to pull out an additional bed, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living-room with sofa-bed, TV-SAT and internet wi-fi. With the work in this Springtime we have reduced the standard-capacity to 7 beds with the possibility to hospitate till 8 persons with the pull-out-bed or the sofa-bed in the living-room, corresponding to the rule "anti-covid" = 1/10 (10 sqm/person). The renewed bedrooms are all furnished with SAT-TV and safe. At disposal to our guests: private parking place, garden, washing-machine and in the winter-season, without charge, the skidepot with boot dryer at the skisaloon La Miara/Bronta at the skilift La Miara.
