The new apartment, is modern and comfortably furnished. The fully equipped designer kitchen has everything you need, including cutlery, crockery, an induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave and coffee machine. The living area has a cozy dining area, a pull-out double sofa bed and a TV. There are two separate bedrooms: one with a double box-spring bed (1.90 x 2.00 m) and the other with a French box-spring bed (1.40 x 2.00 m). A crib and high chair are available on request for families with children. The bathroom is modern with a designer shower, hairdryer, an illuminated mirror with magnifying mirror, and the WC and bidet areas are separate. Bed linen, towels, bathrobes and selected care products are included. All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating and an integrated ventilation system. The spacious, sunny balcony or terrace with patio furniture invites you to linger. Smoking is not permitted in the entire house or in the apartments. A washing machine and dryer are available for an extra charge, as is an additional change of linen or intermediate cleaning.
