My boyfriend, my dog, and I stayed at this property for three days for a weekend of pure relaxation. Everything was simply perfect! The property is fantastic, meticulously cared for, welcoming, and fragrant. There's a truly warm, family atmosphere. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, making you feel at home from the moment you arrive. We had breakfast and even sampled some of the dishes: everything was delicious and of excellent quality. We also visited the spa, which was wonderful: clean, well-maintained, and relaxing—the perfect place to unwind. A special thanks to Nancy, the owner, who was incredibly kind and sweet, a truly loving person. A truly pleasant experience. I give it five stars without a doubt; if I could, I'd give even more! Highly recommended, we can't wait to return!

We stayed at Nancy’s for four nights. The location in the forest is wonderful and very peaceful, though from our apartment we didn’t have much of a view — it only overlooked the camping area. The apartment is on two floors. The rooms are quite small, especially the kids’ room, which has a small bed. The mattress was comfortable, but the bathroom was also rather basic and compact. The kitchen is simple and lacks some amenities — there’s no dishwasher or microwave, and only two knives suitable for cutting salad. We had to request a toaster and a kettle from the reception. The heated pool is beautiful, and the fitness room is decent. The spa area is lovely and relaxing. There’s also a large outdoor parking area, which was convenient. The ladies at the reception provided exceptionally kind and helpful service. However, the Wi-Fi was weak — there was no connection on the second floor and only limited access on the first. Overall, the price is quite high compared to other places in South Tyrol, which makes the stay feel a bit overrated. That said, we still really enjoyed our time there.

We stayed at Nancy’s Holiday Homes for two nights as part of our trip around the Dolomites for our honeymoon. The accommodation was okay overall, but I did have higher hopes for it. On the positive side, there’s ample parking, some lovely little trails nearby, and you can easily walk into the centre (though it’s quite small and doesn’t have a great deal going on). The hotel itself has a lovely pool and sauna, as well as laundry facilities (€3.50 per load and €0.50 for detergent), which was really handy. The hotel’s communal areas, particularly the pool area, were absolutely stunning – beautifully designed and very well kept. However, the apartment itself was a little disappointing. Although spacious, it felt quite dark inside and lacked proper cooking facilities to really be considered an “apartment” – there was only a hob, no oven or cooker. We had planned to self-cater, so this was a bit frustrating, especially as there weren’t many restaurant options nearby. The furnishings were very traditional, which some might like, but it didn’t quite have the same charm or flair as the rest of the hotel. We also had a few practical issues during our stay – bugs somehow kept finding their way into the room even though we kept the windows and balcony door closed, there was only one plug socket near the bed (on one side), and the shower door didn’t close properly, meaning water leaked out onto the floor. We did visit Lago di Braies during our stay, which was absolutely beautiful, although it was a bit of a drive from the accommodation. Overall, Nancy’s Holiday Homes was nice enough, but a bit underwhelming.

The apartment is generally acceptable: the living room is comfortable, the kitchen is simple (too simple), while the bathroom—though recently renovated—retains a rather dated 1980s style. What was truly disappointing, however, was the view from the balcony: it directly overlooks the restrooms of the adjacent campsite, a detail completely absent from the photos on the website. A panorama decidedly out of keeping with the idea of nature and relaxation one expects from a mountain vacation. I believe that other accommodations offered by the property, such as the Canadian cabins, are probably more in keeping with the concept behind Nancy's Homes. Considering the prices, which are high even by South Tyrol standards, we were definitely expecting a different experience. A real shame, especially for someone who has known and loved South Tyrol since childhood.

A great starting point for cycling tours in beautiful countryside. Cyclists are not just tolerated here, but welcome. Nancy and her staff take such good care of you that it feels like coming home. The breakfast is delicious and is clearly prepared with great attention to detail.

Hello Nancy, I just filled out your questionnaire, but I have so much more to say. We would like to thank you very much for our stay with you. It was a wonderful chalet, super clean, and the staff was fantastic and friendly. We felt very comfortable. But now for the absolute highlight and delight: breakfast. We've seen a lot, but your breakfast was simply GREAT. Thank you for your support when we needed something, and for the wonderful stay.

This is the second year that my partner, Cesare, and I have stayed at Nancy. And it's increasingly difficult to imagine breaking this August habit. The golden crown of the Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2009, speaks volumes about the stunning area in which Nancy is located, but the property that hosts you also contributes to an unforgettable stay. And so, here is a place that embodies everything you could wish for. A passion for beauty that embraces functionality is evident in every corner. You arrive in a modern, stylish, and super Instagrammable reception area, with its touches of vintage furnishings and industrial structural finishes. It's hard to say, but what happens behind there is even more interesting. From the kitchen behind the reception desk, the most incredible breakfasts emerge, made to order. Yogurt with rainbows of fruit and flowers, homemade desserts, gourmet sweet and savory toasts, and espresso coffee, delivered right to your door. The apartments, which offer a wide range of prices, are spacious, furnished and equipped with impeccable taste. Many have a balcony or large terrace overlooking a well-kept garden. The sound of the river flowing just steps away provides the perfect backdrop for dinners and lunches that can be prepared comfortably at home, when our heroes' sore quadriceps from hiking prevent them from walking to the many nearby restaurants. The pool area is equally fantastic, well-kept and attractive. Soft reclining beds, flavored waters available all day, and the water temperature is constantly adjusted based on the weather. The basement is home to the bike park. Whether you've brought your own and need to park it, or it's your first time cycling in the mountains, you'll find a very attractive place here too: modern e-bikes for rent, a small workshop, a bike wash, a refrigerated area with cold drinks for when you return, and automatic doors to make it easy to get in and out of your bike. For the first time, thanks to Nancy's e-bike rental, I tried my first trekking on wheels, and it was incredibly satisfying and truly accessible to everyone. Final note: a well-equipped gym overlooking the pool for a jog, a bit of stretching, or some weights. In short, this place has a soul. And a heart. And you can feel it! Such consistently attentive details speak of a family that gives of itself to its mountains and to those who still don't know them, transforming a simple business into a constant tribute to the fortune of belonging to these wonderful places. Thank you, Nancy, Thank you, Walter,
