Managed by the Graf family, the farmhouse offers four apartments designed for 2-6 guests, each furnished in natural wood and arranged with a practical kitchenette, living area, bathroom and south-facing balcony. The setting feels tranquil yet connected. Meadows and orchards wrap around the property, and the wide view over the surrounding Dolomites draws your gaze outward and upward.
Independent comfort & farm-life ambiance
At Unterschöpferhof, you enjoy the freedom of your own self-catering space while staying in a warm, authentic farmhouse environment. The apartments come with fully equipped cooking corners, sofa beds, satellite TV, free WLAN, and all linen and towels provided. Outdoors, a garden with sun-lawn, barbecue area and children’s playground invites families and groups to relax in the fresh alpine air. The farm also produces its own products, and the hosts extend a warm welcome into rural life without compromising comfort.

Located in the Kronplatz/Val Pusteria area, the Unterschöpferhof farm in Falzes offers a fantastic base for all-season exploration.
