Welcome to Hotel & Dependance Pordoi in Arabba

Situated at 1,600 metres in the village of Arabba and surrounded by the soaring peaks of the Sella Group and Marmolada, Hotel Pordoi offers a genuinely alpine stay. Built originally in 1870 and still family-run today by the Furgler family, the hotel blends warm timber finishes with panoramic windows and balconies that open onto the mountain spectacle.

Cuisine, wellness & relaxed mountain comfort

Mornings begin with a hearty breakfast served in rooms carrying the character of alpine heritage. Dinner menus reflect regional favourites, pizzas and well-selected wines from Veneto, Trentino and South Tyrol. Guests staying in the annex enjoy an upgraded “Superior” category with enhanced furnishings and balconies. The wellness area with a sauna, steam bath and plenty of restful corners, offers a welcome counterpoint after a day on slopes, trails or mountain passes.

Hotel Pordoi in Arabba stands at the gateway to some of the most celebrated routes in the Dolomites. In summer, the Passo Pordoi, Campolongo and Falzarego evoke legendary cycling, motor-touring and hiking. In winter, access to the ski lifts and the Sellaronda circuit positions you at the heart of snow-adventure. Annex Pordoi - Superior rooms

12 rooms with any comfort, furnished with spruce wood and warm colours, most of them with balcony, with writing desk, closet, safe, satellite TV (LED TV 26''), telephone, autonomous heating, free WLAN. Bathroom with shower, hairdryer, underfloor heating and towel dryer, cosmetics kit and wellness towel. Wellness area with sauna, whirlpool. Turkish steam bath, adventure showers and relaxation area. Breakfast and dinner at Hotel Pordoi (10 m from the annex).

Für unseren Skiurlaub buchten meine Frau und ich über Sunweb ein Zimmer mit Halbpension im Hotel Pordoi. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Es liegt in der Nähe des Skigebiets und bietet im Untergeschoss Schließfächer mit Skischuhwärmern für die Ausrüstung. Aufgrund der Bewertungen war ich etwas besorgt wegen des Essens, aber sowohl Frühstück als auch Abendessen waren hervorragend. Ich habe schon Frühstücksbuffets mit einer größeren Auswahl gesehen, aber die waren auch teurer. Es gab eine Auswahl an Brot, Gebäck, Eiern, Wurstwaren, Säften usw. Zum Abendessen wurden jeden Abend vier bis fünf Gänge serviert. Man konnte zwischen drei Gerichten für Vorspeise und Hauptgang wählen. Außerdem gab es eine gut bestückte Salatbar. Das Personal war freundlich, aber immer etwas gehetzt. Das könnte auf manche einen unhöflichen Eindruck machen. Bei unserer Ankunft zeigte uns der Besitzer persönlich alles – ein sehr angenehmer Check-in.

Das Hotel ist sauber, das Personal freundlich, das Essen hervorragend und reichlich. Das 5-Gänge-Menü ist durchweg köstlich. Zentrale Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten von der Skipiste entfernt.

Historisches Hotel in Arabba, direkt im Zentrum und nur zwei Minuten von den Pisten entfernt. Ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Familienbetrieb. Das Hotel ist wohl das einzige Restaurant in Arabba mit einer richtigen Küche. Im Inneren befindet sich außerdem ein kleines Museum mit vielen Relikten aus dem Ersten Weltkrieg, die der Besitzer, ein begeisterter Radfahrer, in der Nähe gefunden hat. Ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Die Nähe zu Skilift, Apré Ski Bar, Skipass-Büro ist genial. Auch der Supermarkt ist fussläufig nicht weit. Es gibt einen Skiraum mit Skischuhtrocknern.

Hotel in the center. The rooms in the new part are more spacious than in the old part. The bed is very comfortable, the duvet is great. We had a great breakfast, everything was tasty and fresh, but there could have been more vegetables. The staff was helpful. I would have reduced the number of courses for dinner and it could have been tastier sometimes.

Perfect hotel for motorcyclists as it has a large garage. Nice rooms in the annex, very kind owners. Bad experience with dinner. Excellent location for skiers too.

Excellent location and unbeatable value. Attentive staff. One downside: breakfast was too basic, especially on the savory side, with no local products. Recommended!
