A 4-star hotel in a wonderful location, with beautiful rooms and a stunning view and impeccable service. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The 3/4 board option with afternoon snack is excellent. High-quality dishes are available for those staying on full board, including a vegetable buffet, cheese, a choice of first and second courses, and desserts, along with an appetizer chosen by the chef. A hotel with a wellness center available to guests, a Turkish bath, sauna, ice fountain, and a panoramic whirlpool. Trips and visits to mountain pastures can be organized. What more could you ask for than spending at least three days in total wellness? An excellent hotel any time of year.

Great hotel, the entire staff, from the housekeeping staff, service, reception, and the manager, was very friendly. Plenty of breakfast, and in the evenings, several courses, including a gala dinner. This hotel is exceptional. The breakfast buffet, from freshly squeezed juice to fresh fruit and South Tyrolean sausage and cheese specialties, provides everything you need for a day in the mountains. The daily three-quarter board in the afternoon always invites you to indulge in the culinary and salad buffet. There's also always a hot dish available. For dinner, we can only say it was excellent. The creativity in the kitchen knows no bounds here. We would love to come back with our dog. He also had his own mat and drinking bowl in the room. We had a panoramic room with a full-length window. You can see the mountains directly from the bed.

You can't miss this hotel. Excellent service, incredible cuisine, fantastic wellness offerings, and a starting point for fantastic outdoor activities in all seasons. We highly recommend this hotel.

Our stay at the Kristall Hotel was a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, the structure was perfect, and the management was perfect. What impressed us most of all was the refined cuisine, always varied and balanced, as well as the organization and courtesy of the staff... We will definitely be back as soon as possible

We stayed here at the beginning of September from Saturday (8 days) to Sunday. We, that is, the parents with their son-in-law and daughter. The rooms are functional and modernly furnished, including a hiking backpack provided by the hotel. And we wanted to go hiking ;o) Everyone here is super friendly, and it's easy to change hikes at short notice. I'd like to highlight Katia and our little hike to the "Barmer Hütte." An unforgettable experience. I can highly recommend the guided tours with the professional mountain guides. Next time, though, we'll have to climb a 3,000-meter peak :o) To relax afterward, head to the very modern, beautiful sauna! The dinner is out of this world; what they conjure up every day is simply amazing. The truly hearty breakfast, with freshly squeezed juice, is a perfect start to the day. You simply drive home happy and satisfied (and a little sad because the week went by so quickly). This was our first time here, and our children's second. And we'll be back! I'd like to take a moment to review this paradise, to clear up any doubts for anyone thinking of staying here. DO IT! - Strategic location, allowing for easy access to all the best attractions. - Rooms equipped with every comfort, including a hiking backpack, slippers, etc. - Very well-equipped spa facilities and maximum attention to hygiene throughout the hotel. - Special mention goes to the food: In addition to the generous and well-stocked breakfast and snack buffets, the real highlight is dinner, where you'll find dishes worthy of a truly Michelin-starred restaurant, culminating in exquisite desserts. Congratulations to the Erlacher family for what they've created, and thank you for making our stay wonderful and unforgettable.

My brother and I chose to celebrate our father's birthday at the Hotel Kristall, and I must say it was the best decision we could have made. We wanted to give him something special and unique, so we chose the Panorama room. When we entered and saw the landscape through the large windows, with nature all around and a breathtaking view of the mountains, we were all speechless. Seeing our father's happiness at that scene was a moment neither my brother nor I will ever forget. The hotel is ultra-modern, elegant, and meticulously designed, but what struck us most was the quality of the service. At reception, they greeted us with professionalism, attention, and kindness, making us feel immediately pampered. Even during meals, the dining room staff was impeccable: fast, always smiling, and ready to satisfy every need, making every moment of our stay even more enjoyable. From the rich and varied breakfast to the delicious final dinner, everything was perfect. But the real finishing touch was the birthday cake we ordered: beautiful, delicious, and served with great care. It made the evening truly unforgettable, and our father couldn't have asked for a better gift. My brother and I were thrilled with our choice: thanks to this stay, we were able to give our father a birthday he will cherish forever.
