We were two families with children between 5-10 years old. We liked the hotel very much, it was clean and the staff was perfect. They adapted the food to special dietary requirements and children's requirements without any problems. For this reason, we would like to return to the hotel again. However, the other family was not completely satisfied because there was not much hot water in the room. Which can be a problem in winter. I believe that the repair is being worked on and everything will be fine for the next time. The overall impression is perfect, I recommend.

We had an awesome stay! Thank you for the good service. Also thank you for the delicious alternatives for the food with tomatoes! The bar and sauna were something we enjoyed greatly.

Jorg made the stay so wonderful from booking through to final check out. The room was comfortable with a nice balcony, it was centrally located, etc. but having good service made it 5 star for me. I asked so many questions and he was so patient and kind. Thanks Jorg!
