Es waren ALLE sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Das Essen war unser Highlight. Die Zimmer neu, mit viel Holz, groß und sehr sauber. Das Hotel ist für Familien mit Kindern ausgelegt und wird mit Liebe geführt. Wir waren mit 4 Kleinkindern in der Großfamilie da und es hat allen sehr gut gefallen.

Everything was perfect! Spotless cleanliness, clean rooms, and a very comfortable bed. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the food was excellent and very plentiful. The spa and pools were lovely! The owners were very kind and friendly. We had a very relaxing vacation at the Hotel Inso Sonnenheim. We’ll definitely be back!!

We had a wonderful week; the entire staff went out of their way to take care of every single family. The playground was absolutely adorable—brand-new and filled with plenty of games that appealed to both the little ones (like our kids) and the older kids. The food was excellent, and they paid close attention to using seasonal ingredients. The wellness area was very clean and comfortable, with a sauna and both indoor and outdoor pools. A very well-maintained hotel—cleanliness above all. Well-organized and an excellent, very varied breakfast. Each dinner was even better and more enjoyable than the last—a very positive discovery. Personally, I’d like to commend the entire staff for a level of kindness I haven’t seen in a long time. I hope to return soon. Great job—keep it up.

We loved the indoor and outdoor spaces for the kids, the bar that was always open, the beautiful pool area, and our room overlooking the garden, which gave us plenty of freedom to move around.
