We stayed at this hotel, located in the beautiful Casies Valley, with two friends during the second week of October. We chose a large and clean Nature Lodge room. The spa area and saunas with outdoor views were beautiful. Two pools, one indoor and one heated and saltwater. The common areas were large and clean. The breakfast was generous and varied, ranging from sweet to savory. The restaurant served well-prepared local dishes. Kudos to the manager, all the staff, and the attention to detail and kindness shown to guests. The owner, a very kind and friendly person. What more can we say? We had a wonderful time. It was an unforgettable three days.

Alpine Nature Hotel Stoll - absolutely fabulous stay and services. A family-run gem where dedication and warmth shine through every detail. The team works tirelessly and genuinely loves what they do. Superb amenities, exceptional food and wine and a calm, elegant atmosphere that makes relaxation effortless. Everything feels personal and perfectly cared for. 5/5, easily.

A truly fantastic family hotel. Great rooms, super clean, extremely friendly staff, excellent pool and wellness area. The sauna infusions with Karin, the sauna master, are a highlight. A great show, perfect scent combinations with an entertaining music selection. Highly recommended. A hearty breakfast, fresh egg dishes were conjured up and served to us by Maria herself. Freshly baked cakes and snacks, as well as delicious soups, were offered to us at lunch and in the afternoon. The perfectly coordinated evening menu with accompanying salad buffet is a highlight. Whether meat, fish, or vegetarian, all dishes are perfectly prepared. Thank you for this wonderful stay at your hotel.

This is our second time staying at the Stoll family's hotel, and just like the first time, we were absolutely thrilled! We felt completely at home and incredibly well looked after throughout the entire stay. Once again, nothing was left to be desired. Above all, everyone's friendly and helpful nature is outstanding! This extends from the family itself to the service and cleaning staff. The rooms are absolutely top-notch, naturally and tastefully decorated. Everywhere is immaculately clean. You immediately feel at home. This also applies to the saunas, the wellness area, and the indoor and outdoor pools. An absolutely comfortably furnished and relaxing ambiance! You could also truly unwind during the massage. Everything here is top-notch, too. The cuisine is fantastic! There's simply something for EVERYONE. We were surprised every day by all the delicious dishes they conjured up in the evenings. The salad buffet was also a dream. The breakfast buffet also leaves nothing to be desired. And the kitchen is happy to cater to special dietary requirements. There's certainly much more positive to say, but finally, I'd like to mention that the cross-country ski trail starts right outside the front door. Thank you so much for these wonderful days. Best wishes to the entire team. We're here for the fourth time now, this time in the summer. My opinion hasn't changed—quite the opposite. I just heard a young mother in the pool say to her child: "Oh, it's so beautiful here. You don't have to do anything, and you really have everything you need." You couldn't say it more aptly!

We rented a forest chalet for a week in August. The chalet is tastefully furnished and very spacious. It has a large balcony with a beautiful and peaceful view of the garden. We found the welcome a bit austere and unwelcoming. Positive: E-bike rental at very short notice (1 hour's notice). Very flexible and professional on-site training! Overall, the service was good—there's still room for improvement. The waitresses at our table (mother and daughter) were very friendly and always tried to accommodate the children's special requests. We had two packed lunches packed for us because we were up early. Ordered in the evening and picked up in the morning from a very friendly lady. Unfortunately, not everyone in the waiting staff was as happy as they were. The food was very tasty and varied. The extremely extensive salad buffet was outstanding—I will miss it :-)—and the desserts. Wellness: Very good massages, modern spa area, large indoor and outdoor pool. The children (ages 9 and 10) had a lot of fun on the Wii Wall, playing darts, and table tennis. Overall, good value for money! We would happily recommend the hotel.

A stunning property in the heart of the Casies Valley. Strategically located for exploring the entire valley on foot or by bike. The hotel offers impeccable service, and the staff is extremely discreet yet helpful. The rooms and common areas are extremely clean, and attention to detail is evident throughout the property. The hotel's bike rental service is very convenient, especially for families. The restaurant is excellent, offering a wide variety of local produce, and the wines are also excellent. In my opinion, the value for money is excellent. Recommended for couples and families alike (we had a great time with a 4-year-old).
