Our apartment Schwalbennest (62 m²) for 2 to maximum 6 persons, is located on the first floor of our house and consists of a kitchen-living room with pull-out double sofa bed, 2 separate double bedrooms and one bathroom. The furniture was lovingly made of high quality solid and local walnut and pine wood, with a beautiful south facing balcony and view of the Sciliar massif.

Our apartment Adlerhorst (58 m²) for 2 to a maximum of 6 people, is located on the first floor of our house, with a fantastic view of wide meadows and forests. It consists of a kitchen-living room with pull-out double sofa bed, 2 separate double bedrooms and one bathroom. The furnishing was lovingly made of high-quality, solid and local spruce pine wood. One room has a beautiful south-facing balcony with a view of the Sciliar massif and the second bedroom has a balcony facing the valley.

Our apartment Tannenzapfen (55 m²) is located on the ground floor of the building, with direct access to our sunbathing lawn, is therefore barrier-free and for 2 to a maximum of 6 people. The apartment has been newly renovated and consists of a combined kitchen-living room with a pull-out double sofa bed, a beautiful spacious bathroom and 2 separate bedrooms, made of high-quality, solid pine wood from local forests.

Our apartment Bergkristall (75 m²) is also located on the ground floor of the house with direct access to our sunbathing lawn, is therefore barrier-free and offers space for 4 to a maximum of 8 people. This apartment has been renovated with great attention to detail, using the highest quality materials and consists of a kitchen, as well as a wonderfully homely lounge with a dining area, pull-out double sofa bed and a TV corner, 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. If required, there is the possibility to add a 3rd bedroom. The furnishings have been lovingly made from high-quality, solid and local walnut and stone pine wood.

Our latest project: our apartment Zirbenchalet-Luxury (95 m²) can be booked from July 2023, it is located on the 1st floor, is barrier-free and is also our largest and most exclusive flat. The apartment is equipped with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 beautiful balconies with breathtaking views of our local mountain the Sciliar and the surrounding area, a kitchen and cosy living room with couch corner and large table and offers space for 4 to max. 8 people. The entire furnishing is made of solid, local stone pine wood, which was cut on the Alpe di Siusi during the waning moon - let us surprise you!
