Our house is designed to feel like your own home: lovingly decorated apartments, balconies or direct access to sunlit lawns, and furniture crafted from high-quality natural materials. Located in a peaceful, sunny spot above the village, we give you both the calm of nature and convenient connection via a shuttle bus that picks you up right in front of the house: ideal for reaching the Alpe di Siusi cable car and other regional attractions.

Villa Tannenheim offers 5 different apartments, each thoughtfully designed to offer comfort, functionality, and views. Some open onto a private lawn, others offer panoramic vistas of the surrounding peaks. All come with balconies (or direct outdoor access), full furnishings, and the simplicity of self-catering so guests can enjoy flexibility and privacy. In front of the house, you will find a children’s playground (sandpit, slide, table tennis), deckchairs, sunshades, and a barbecue area – perfect for shared moments or quiet evenings under the sky.
Exploring Alpe di Siusi & environs
Beyond the cosy retreat, Villa Tannenheim puts you at the doorstep of Dolomites adventures. In summer, hike, bike or walk through the natural parks, alpine meadows and forest trails around Castelrotto and the Sciliar massif. In winter, ski slopes, cross-country tracks and snow paths are accessible via nearby shuttle or region links. Our apartment Schwalbennest (62 m²) for 2 to maximum 6 persons, is located on the first floor of our house and consists of a kitchen-living room with pull-out double sofa bed, 2 separate double bedrooms and one bathroom. The furniture was lovingly made of high quality solid and local walnut and pine wood, with a beautiful south facing balcony and view of the Sciliar massif.

Our apartment Adlerhorst (58 m²) for 2 to a maximum of 6 people, is located on the first floor of our house, with a fantastic view of wide meadows and forests. It consists of a kitchen-living room with pull-out double sofa bed, 2 separate double bedrooms and one bathroom. The furnishing was lovingly made of high-quality, solid and local spruce pine wood. One room has a beautiful south-facing balcony with a view of the Sciliar massif and the second bedroom has a balcony facing the valley.

Our apartment Tannenzapfen (55 m²) is located on the ground floor of the building, with direct access to our sunbathing lawn, is therefore barrier-free and for 2 to a maximum of 6 people. The apartment has been newly renovated and consists of a combined kitchen-living room with a pull-out double sofa bed, a beautiful spacious bathroom and 2 separate bedrooms, made of high-quality, solid pine wood from local forests.
