What we appreciated the most was the feeling that we were staying at a relative's place rather than at a hotel owned by people we don't know. Additionally, we really liked the fact that the place has absolutely everything one might need (and even more), yet nothing feels flashy or pretentious. Everything is simply in its proper place, the atmosphere is relaxed, and it's easy to communicate and make arrangements about anything.
