Actually, a nice hotel in a good location. The rooms are okay; they're not particularly lovingly decorated, but you can still live there. The reason I'm only giving it three stars is because of the breakfast. While it's generally very plentiful, with fresh egg dishes, tons of sausage and cheese, and good bread, there's nothing fresh. Neither fruit nor vegetables. For me, that's an absolute no-go in a three-star hotel. I simply don't understand it—if fresh egg dishes can be served, then it can't be that difficult to cut up a few cucumbers and tomatoes and put out a basket with some apples, oranges, and bananas. For me, the lack of fresh fruit and vegetables is definitely a reason not to stay there again.

We stayed at the hotel in October 2025 to explore the Dolomites region and, unanimously, the service is the hotel's greatest asset. The rooms are beautiful and cozy, but they could provide a bathtub – especially considering the region is cold and focused on physical activities like trekking. The breakfast is exceptional and there are three different places to park the car. The only point to note is: the hotel does not have a kitchen, so for lunch and dinner you will need to look for options in the town of Dobbiaco, and depending on the time of year, most establishments close at 6:00 PM, limiting your food options.

The room was very clean, and I had a cozy stay for two days. Also, I had some trouble buying a ticket to go hiking, but the manager was so kind and helpful. Thank you so much! ^^!

We had the junior suite with a great view of the Dolomites. Pros: - Very good location for all nearby attractions - Very nice, renovated rooms - Friendly staff - Plenty of parking Cons: - No air conditioning in the room, which can make the nights less than restful - Limited breakfast selection. Ideal for 2-3 nights; there should be something for everyone. However, we noticed: no fruit (only apples), no vegetables, nothing special like spreads or anything similar. We were also surprised that when we went to breakfast at 9:30 a.m. (the breakfast ended at 10:00 a.m.), not much was left and the food wasn't refilled. Therefore, there was no filter coffee left, just one slice of sausage, etc. That could perhaps be improved. However, you always get an egg variation if you wish. We would generally recommend the hotel for 1-3 nights, but not in midsummer due to the lack of air conditioning. We probably wouldn't come back.
