Hotel Olimpia

I would not recommend staying at Hotel Olimpia. We visited in August 2025, when construction blocked the usual entrance to the hotel. Although the hotel provided directions, we found them confusing and had a difficult time locating the property as out-of-town visitors. It took multiple calls and emails before we were able to reach the front desk during the hour we spent trying to find it. When we finally arrived, the staff member at reception was unapologetic about the experience. The hotel itself is very no-frills. Our room did not have air conditioning, which we expected, but opening the windows wasn’t an option due to the noise from the busy downtown area. Overall, our stay was disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Simple clean room with necessities equipment located in the middle of Cortina d' Ampezzo. Public Parking available but hotel located at the second floor with no lift. The hotel has small breakfast corner but no restaurant for lunch or dinner. Nice staffs with great helpful to guests.

The big problem nowadays is about the constructions to receive next winter olympic games.

Great location; quiet; delicious breakfast, great!

We stayed here twice on our recent hiking trip in the Dolomites. The location is very central to downtown restaurants and bars and it's not a quiet neighborhood late at night as a result. Massimo was very helpful in transporting our luggage from this hotel to another on our hike. Typical large breakfast choices in the morning breakfast room.

The rooms are very small and offer very limited amenities compared to the price. The hotel entrance is restricted due to construction work in the front plaza. The staff was very friendly throughout, and the breakfast buffet was quite good.

Hotel located in the heart of Cortina, on the pedestrian streets. The rooms aren't air-conditioned, so it's very hot, and if you open the window, it's very noisy. The breakfast is very varied and features fresh produce.

The rooms were renovated, the location is very central. Parking at the hotel costs 15 euros per day in addition to the high price you paid compared to what you get in return. Breakfast is very basic, there’s nothing — no bread (just plain roll), no eggs, no vegetables. The hotel staff is simply not nice (we stayed in 5 different hotels in northern Italy, and the staff here is simply not friendly).
