Parkhotel Ladinia

A very nice hotel right outside Cortina d'Ampezzo. I really enjoyed the spa. The breakfast had a good selection. All in all, highly recommended.

Probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in my life! Staff is extremely kind and helpful. Rooms are so clean, and they clean it so well every day. There is a parking for your car just under the hotel. E-bikes are available for rent around 35€. Breakfast and dinner are absolutely amazing! So many options to choose from. Spa is clean and nice to have some days but my only concern would be that the outside pool was not as hot as I would like. Such a great experience!!

Wow. we are so glad we picked this hotel. reasonably practical location to give access via a short drive to many trails. great amenities for the price point. staff culture was consistently welcoming, pleasant and helpful from all those we interacted with. the loft suite was among the best we ever experienced for the price point.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful service, the friendliest of staff. Genuinely brilliant. I’ve just left my coat there and the staff are going out there way to get it back to me 10/10 customer service. I’m hoping to return for winter, cannot wait.

We stayed 3 nights at the Parkhotel Ladinia. We appreciated the very professional staff, always smiling and helpful. The breakfast and restaurant were very good and nothing was missing. Comfortable room, shame, slight odor in the bathroom (this diminished a little during the stay). Superb modern SPA area and a second pool where you can swim.

What an amazing hotel. The customer service is top notch especially from Abdo. The views are brilliant. The hotel kindly gave me a corner room with 2 balconies, both with mountain views. There is plenty of parking. 2 pools with 1 pool being a heated outdoor infinity pool with a sunset view.

We loved the hotel, but what we'd like to highlight most is the staff's hospitality: always friendly and helpful, especially Martín. We arrived very late the first night, after dinner service had already finished, and they still had dinner ready for us. The setting is very peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a mountain hike. The dinner service also deserves a special mention: half-board is truly worth it. Without a doubt, if we return to the area, we will happily return.

4.5* Absolutely gorgeous surroundings, with majestic mountains all around. The location is great because it’s close to Cortina but it isn’t that touristy and crowded. The hotel is on a quiet street yet close to restaurants and a supermarket. Parking is free. Guests can rent out bikes for free, and there’s a very long biking lane by the hotel so that was really fun. Our junior suite was spacious, modern, and well-equipped, with a beautiful view. Safe and mini fridge in the room. Staff is nice, breakfast is delicious and plentiful. A few things I didn’t like: WiFi was absolutely horrible in our room, it basically didn’t work—it worked better in other parts of the hotel. I disliked the opening hours of the pool: it’s only open between 10:30-20:00, so no early morning or late night swim. The adults only pool section would be great, but it’s really small (pictures are deceiving as they make it look big) and the water is rather cold so it’s only comfortable in the summer heat. The pool area that is available for everyone could use a facelift. Also, they use so much plastic in the rooms. I wish that glass was used instead of disposable plastic cups that are also individually wrapped in plastic. Big, refillable bottles of shampoo and liquid soap would also be better instead of the tiny little plastic bottles that are only enough for like one shower and then they’re thrown away.

The staff is personable, positive, and accommodating. Breakfast is very good. Dinner is excellent. The hotel is very clean. The manager checks in the evenings and offers tips for excursions. As a guest, you are in very good hands. Several of the service employees speak several languages, so communication is very easy.
