The hotel is centrally located, just steps from the bus stop. The rooms are large and clean, with a truly spacious bathroom. It's a truly comfortable place where guests are pampered. The food service is impeccable. Among the staff, I particularly like Francesca, who was incredibly kind and helpful. I will definitely return to this hotel if I ever return to Canazei.

Today I had lunch at the hotel restaurant, which is also open to the public. Besides saying that their dumplings were extraordinary and the goulash with polenta was delicious, I also want to mention the kindness and helpfulness of the lady—I believe she was the owner or one of the owners—who helped me without hesitation during a moment of extreme difficulty. Thank you so much, we had a wonderful time.

Overall, a positive experience. The hotel is centrally located with convenient covered parking. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast and dinner were excellent, with a wide selection of dishes and friendly waitstaff. My only complaint: I asked three times about extending my stay by one night... I left without receiving a response!

I'm leaving a review only for the restaurant, where we had lunch as a father and daughter on August 20th with two simple, excellent Margherita pizzas. But what really made the difference was the service, with a never-ending stream of people. The two young men in the dining room never lost their efficiency or smile; they know what teamwork and restaurant work mean. Congratulations, because it's not a given; I would definitely return. When the effort is evident, even the dish tastes better. Well done!

A fantastic stay at the Hotel Laurin in Canazei! The cuisine is one of its true strengths: generous, tasty, and carefully prepared dishes make every meal a pleasure. The rooms are clean and comfortable, ideal for relaxing after a day in the beautiful mountains of the Val di Fassa. The staff is efficient and professional, but not the friendliest. The only thing that could be improved? The water with meals is a bit pricey (€4.50 for 0.75 liters). Overall, an excellent choice for those seeking comfort, good food, and a perfect location for experiencing the Dolomites!
