This hotel was a wonderful discovery, our go-to for summer vacations, one of our favorite places, the kind of place where you feel at home (even the dogs felt at home) and want to return when you leave. At Ciasa Alpina, every request is met thanks to the wonderful staff. My special thanks go to Annalisa, the backbone of the group, who never misses a beat; Angelica and Maurizio, the best wait staff I've ever had, who won our hearts; and our lovely Melly. Thank you for everything; without you, our vacation would have been so different!

We stayed for a week on a half-board basis as a family (two adults, two children aged 8 and 13, and our Labrador) and were truly thrilled. From the first moment, we were welcomed by Annalisa, a delightful person: always smiling, professional, kind, and available to provide us with all the necessary information. The rest of the staff was also impeccable: polite, friendly, always smiling, and never intrusive. It's rare to find such a professional team! The food was one of the highlights of our stay: breakfasts and dinners were always varied, plentiful, and of excellent quality. Even our children enjoyed every dish, always enjoying their food. The hotel is meticulously maintained and spotlessly clean: the linens are white and fragrant, the rooms are meticulously cleaned every day, as are all the common areas, always tidy and welcoming. Without a doubt, one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. We'll definitely be back next year. Thank you so much to all the staff for making our holiday so enjoyable! Greetings from Fano

Single room, small but functional, friendly staff. The location is 600 meters from the center of Moena, but all uphill.

We stayed at Ciasa for a week with half board and had a wonderful time. The location is excellent, even within walking distance of the center of Moena. I had a room with a breathtaking view. The property was immaculately clean, and the breakfasts and dinners were sublime, thanks to the young chefs and pastry chef, who delighted us with their creations. Kudos to the entire staff, but especially to the kind Molly and Annalisa's professionalism, always available to all guests. We will definitely return for our next vacation.

I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel during a short summer vacation in Moena. The property enjoys a panoramic view of Moena. I was pleasantly surprised by everything, starting with the welcome. The staff was extremely friendly, the room was very nice and clean, and the bed was comfortable. But the highlight was the restaurant service, with excellent dishes, a generous and high-quality buffet featuring bread and baked goods, breadsticks, schiacciata, and breakfast brioches made directly by the kitchen staff. Wonderful!

We stayed at this wonderful hotel a week ago, and found the staff to be courteous, kind, and professional. The food was excellent, and a special thanks to the Chef...the dishes were truly delicious.
