Delicious pizza and a lovely wellness area. Breakfast was also good. You have to pay for good coffee, otherwise you only get instant coffee from the vending machine. There's a bike storage room for storing bikes. The room was new, modern, and very clean.

Staying at the Hotel Monte Cherz was a wonderful experience. From the professional service to the friendly staff, to the clean and fragrant rooms, we can highlight the included breakfast throughout our stay, which was spectacular—a full breakfast. Finally, we'd like to give the restaurant a 10-star rating, offering traditional cuisine for all tastes, including exquisite pizzas, meat, pasta, and desserts. It was a pleasure for us to choose this hotel for the entire week of our trip to the Dolomites. And let's not forget the spectacular spa, perfect for relaxing after a hard day of hiking and beautiful roads. A pleasure, we will definitely return!

We stayed with another couple of friends, regulars in the area, during the week of August 15th. The cleanliness of both the rooms and the building was impeccable (so much so that we left in the morning with our hiking boots in hand out of respect for those who kept the floors as clean as in the most fashionable penthouses). The rooms look like new, the bathrooms are functional (the water is immediately hot, you can have it boiling hot in 4 seconds); they are perfectly soundproofed and have several charging ports. The relaxation area, sauna, pool, and solarium, is new and well-maintained: worth it! We chose half board. Breakfast has everything available. If anything runs out, the dining room/kitchen staff (who are truly friendly and helpful in all three areas, thank you again) are very quick to replenish it. In six days, eating like omnivores, we couldn't say, "I wanted this, but it's gone." The hotel's clientele is very quiet, with few children, truly relaxing. A strategic location for various hikes. Also, if you need the bus (free pass), the stop is right in front. It's a shame that the first bus leaves at 8:28 and the last one arrives at 5:20 PM. In our opinion, the price is really low for the services offered. We stayed there on the recommendation of friends who have been going there for years, and in turn, we recommended two other couples, who also received excellent service. Highly recommended

A very nice hotel with large, new rooms. The property offers every comfort, including a pool, wellness center, and common areas. It's also close to many walking trails. The staff is exceptional, and the restaurant is excellent, with a wide selection of excellent à la carte dishes and a well-stocked buffet. Special thanks to Gianluca and Domenico, our highly experienced, friendly, and attentive waiters.

This hotel, nestled in a secluded location, enjoys peace and quiet and fresh air thanks to its altitude. It features modern, clean rooms, helpful staff, free use of the spa, and a restaurant with a varied, good-quality menu. Just 6 minutes from Arabba.

A 7-night stay in August 2025, half-board, in a room with a balcony and a view of the pass road and the mountains; a family trip for trekking and relaxation. The hotel proved to be much more than a three-star: an excellent high-altitude location, cool summer weather, and numerous trails starting right outside the entrance. Kind and friendly staff, almost no errors; the only complaint is that the Alto Adige Guest Pass is not automatically handed out at check-in (you must request it). The breakfast buffet is very good, but the hot drinks machine isn't up to par: it often clogs, the flow is slow, and the instant coffee is truly mediocre; a shame, because otherwise the quality is excellent. The dinners were all memorable: simple, traditional dishes (and more), generous portions, and a fair price for water; the bar is perfect for an aperitif, a snack, or an after-dinner coffee. Spacious and functional rooms, with plenty of well-placed outlets—including USB and USB-C ports next to the beds—and decent air conditioning; The only flaw is the cleanliness of the parquet floors: beds and bathroom fixtures were always tidy, but the floor looked like it hadn't been vacuumed (a few hairs and crumbs remained behind the bathroom wastebasket until we left). Amenities: ample parking with always a spot, fast and reliable elevators; Wi-Fi is available and sufficient for a vacation (not the best), while mobile coverage struggles; breakfast/dinner and spa times are convenient. Excellent connections: Altoadigemobilità buses easily reach Arabba, Passo Pordoi, Corvara, and Colfosco—very convenient for parking and hiking, even the simplest ones. The pool and spa are state-of-the-art, spotlessly clean and functional: you need a swimming cap in the pool, but the water seems to have little chlorine, is odorless, and doesn't irritate the eyes; the chromotherapy showers at different temperatures are lovely, as is the hay sauna, unique and relaxing. The quality/price ratio is truly excellent. Two small suggestions that would make a difference: proactively hand over your Guest Pass at check-in and review the hot drinks machine (or offer espresso from the bar instead). Otherwise, a highly recommended experience.

The room was truly on the edge, with a tiny, old, and sloppy bathroom. The room was poorly cleaned, partly due to the age of the furniture. My room may have been in the older wing, but the bathroom's condition is unacceptable, I'm sorry. The restaurant and breakfast, however, were well-maintained and of a good standard. The dining room staff were friendly.
