We stayed with the Unitalsi group last week.
Welcoming facility, friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, and an excellent location.

My husband and I were in a large group; we practically overran the building.
The room was in the Serenella annex, on the roof. We didn't have a balcony—one of the few—but it was spacious, and the bathroom had a skylight.
The roof location, with its variable height, meant we had to choose the side of the bed (I should post a photo).
The mattress was comfortable, the extra pillows were excellent, and the cleanliness was impeccable.
The hotel isn't visible from the road; it's on the Avisio River promenade. It's quiet, with secluded rooms, a few games and loungers for guests.
The staff was friendly. The only downside was the long dinner times, perhaps due to the large number of guests that week.
The Col Rodella cable car, right next door, will reopen in December.

Excellent hotel. I had a great time. The restaurant is superb, the food is delicious. The location is also great, right in front of the ski lifts.

My wife and I spent a few days in the Dolomites mountain biking and hiking, and this hotel was the perfect base. The location is fantastic – tucked away from the main road, yet ideal for starting mountain tours. Breakfast and dinner were both excellent and plentiful. I especially recommend having dinner at the hotel – it’s great value for money, and after a long day out, it’s wonderful not to have to wait for a table elsewhere.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. For example, we preferred not to drive to the starting point of our hike, and they advised us which buses to take, where to change, and even provided free bus tickets for the duration of our stay.
The only thing I would suggest for the future is improving the bike storage – a secure room for bicycles would be a great addition.

I didn't find the hotel particularly special and business-like. Mainly large Italian groups and/or families. The play basement was a kind of childcare center, the sauna was very nice (free, with one-hour registration daily, and swimwear required!). The rooms were very noisy and not clean, which became apparent when the sun shone through the room. The staff was very business-like; most of them didn't even bother to greet me. When checking out at the end of the holiday, it was also purely business-like; no one asked if I had enjoyed my stay. I didn't like the food, but that's a personal matter.
The elevator is conveniently close, but the line only started to thin out after 10:00 AM. It was easy to wait an hour for it. A new elevator is being installed to solve that problem.

All quite positive except that in the end I had to pay for the property thinking I had done it through booking.com and therefore paid 2 times. I will have to get a refund from the site but it won't be easy.

Marco Marco the best) Decent food level, great restaurant, nice rooms.
Consider it a bit overpriced around 15%
The only disadvantage is ski storage. Smell, little, poor ventilation, dirty.

An oasis of sublime hospitality, where every detail seems orchestrated by a Swiss conductor with a penchant for perfection. Modern and inviting rooms, impeccable service with the punctuality of an Alpine bell, and cuisine that defies the very concept of goodness: vegetarian dishes so sumptuous they'll convert even the most devoted speck lover. And then, the bananas... so perfect you'd suspect they were kept in a glass case before being served. A stay you'll never forget, but one that's recounted with a dreamy air and a hint of nostalgia.

The only flaw is the ski boot storage, which is not very spacious compared to the number of lockers.
