Wir haben letzte Woche mit einer Gruppe von 120 Personen in diesem Hotel übernachtet. Was soll ich sagen? Die Lage ist hervorragend, nur wenige Schritte von der neuen Seilbahn Col Rodella entfernt. Das Hotel ist sehr einladend und gut geführt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war exzellent, ebenso wie das Abendessen mit einem reichhaltigen Gemüsebuffet sowie Vorspeisen, Hauptgerichten und Desserts. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kurz gesagt: Dieses Hotel kann ich wärmstens empfehlen!

Ich habe Anfang Januar 2026 eine Woche in diesem Hotel verbracht. Die Lage ist hervorragend, die Skilifte sind nur knapp fünf Gehminuten entfernt. Das Zimmer ist einfach, aber immer sauber. Das Restaurant ist ausgezeichnet, mit einem reichhaltigen Vorspeisenbuffet und qualitativ hochwertigen Hauptgerichten. Der Service ist manchmal etwas langsam, aber das Personal ist überaus freundlich. Der Wellnessbereich ist schön, allerdings muss man die einstündigen Zeitfenster am Vortag reservieren. Leider kann es dort zeitweise sehr laut werden, was die Entspannung etwas trübt. Dies ist jedoch eher ein Problem für die Gäste als für das Hotel. Der Skiraum ist für die Kapazität der Anlage etwas klein, aber er erfüllt seinen Zweck perfekt, sodass man jeden Morgen trockene und warme Skischuhe hat. Absolut empfehlenswertes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Ein sehr angenehmes Hotel für einen Skiurlaub. Es liegt direkt neben der Col Rodella Gondelbahn (die nach Renovierungsarbeiten im Dezember 2025 leider noch geschlossen ist) und der Skibushaltestelle nach Canazei. Ausreichend Parkplätze sind vorhanden, und das Hotel ist zentrumsnah. Das Personal war großartig, stets freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit, und das Abendessen war ausgezeichnet. Beim Frühstück fehlten Gemüse wie Tomaten und Gurken (diese gab es zwar zum Abendessen, aber vielleicht essen Italiener morgens kein Gemüse?). Die Zimmer waren recht einfach, aber sauber und ruhig. Gästen stehen ein Wellnessbereich sowie ein Raum mit Tischfußball, Tischtennisplatte und Spielen zur Verfügung. Die Hotelanlage ist recht komplex; sie besteht aus zwei Gebäuden, sodass man sich jeden Tag wie in einem Labyrinth aus Gängen fühlt :-). Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte eine Modernisierung vertragen, aber alles ist noch in gutem Zustand. Ich kann es definitiv empfehlen!

Großartige Lage in der Nähe der Seilbahn, perfekter Service und hervorragendes Essen.

We stayed with the Unitalsi group last week. Welcoming facility, friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, and an excellent location.

My husband and I were in a large group; we practically overran the building. The room was in the Serenella annex, on the roof. We didn't have a balcony—one of the few—but it was spacious, and the bathroom had a skylight. The roof location, with its variable height, meant we had to choose the side of the bed (I should post a photo). The mattress was comfortable, the extra pillows were excellent, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The hotel isn't visible from the road; it's on the Avisio River promenade. It's quiet, with secluded rooms, a few games and loungers for guests. The staff was friendly. The only downside was the long dinner times, perhaps due to the large number of guests that week. The Col Rodella cable car, right next door, will reopen in December.

Excellent hotel. I had a great time. The restaurant is superb, the food is delicious. The location is also great, right in front of the ski lifts.

My wife and I spent a few days in the Dolomites mountain biking and hiking, and this hotel was the perfect base. The location is fantastic – tucked away from the main road, yet ideal for starting mountain tours. Breakfast and dinner were both excellent and plentiful. I especially recommend having dinner at the hotel – it’s great value for money, and after a long day out, it’s wonderful not to have to wait for a table elsewhere. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. For example, we preferred not to drive to the starting point of our hike, and they advised us which buses to take, where to change, and even provided free bus tickets for the duration of our stay. The only thing I would suggest for the future is improving the bike storage – a secure room for bicycles would be a great addition.
