The hotel is wonderful, the size of the room is good and clean. Fedderica made the check in easy and smooth. She is very friendly and professional. She even called us the minute they were informed about the car wire closure. Donah also helped us planned our visit. The team in the restaurant and lounge are nice and welcoming. Doha helped us in the breakfast, she is very nice and made our experience wonderful. Thank you all and wish you a great break.

We were very well received and got a room upgrade for our honeymoon! The employee who greeted us and took us to the room was very friendly, so friendly that she seemed super happy about our honeymoon! The concierge was also super friendly and patient with the tourist information! Wonderful breakfast! Great location! Just one observation: We had dinner one night at the hotel restaurant and asked for the bill to be brought to the room, which my husband signed without much attention (men …), at checkout I saw the dinner bill and they had added drinks and Coca-Colas to our table (even though we had only drunk water and two glasses of wine), but they refunded the amount without problems, the maître d' was quite stressed at that moment when this problem arose, but he resolved it so everything was fine!

Everything is perfect. Everyone goes out of their way to make our stay wonderful.

Above and beyond across the board! From the moment we parked til the moment we left we were cared for and pampered every step. Highlights included complimentary champagne and chocolates in the room, gorgeous views, lovely spa, delicious food, and best of all was the live music in the bar/restaurant each night. The piano player sang hits all night and kept the crowd asking for more. It wasn't very crowded either night but he had people up dancing and having a great time. Can't recommend this hotel enough!

The Savoia exceeded all our expectations. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bar and the restaurant were excellent.
