Parc Hotel Victoria

Although the hotel is a bit old, it seems like it has been well renovated. You can hear the sound of the river in front of you if you open the window, but if you close it it's fine.

A hotel with a long history in a great location. Very nice staff at the bar, breakfast and reception. Breakfast very good with excellent coffee. History and location also have their downsides. Very limited number of parking spaces, some parking spaces were a bit "wild" but in the end no one minded the cars, including the police. The rooms are historic, unfortunately not in a good way, at least the cleaning staff tried hard to keep the hotel in a condition corresponding to the category.

You must come to the bar and see Luca the Bar Master. We popped in for a quick drink and Luca treated us like kings and queens. The espresso martinis were excellent. The room adjoining the bar is absolutely gorgeous, has a great view and a first rate pool table. What could you want !!! Thank you Luca ! ️

Okay, when you visit Cortina, make sure you visit the bar (great room and a wonderful pool table) at Parc Hotel Victoria. Luca is the best! We sampled 4 very different cocktails and they were all absolutely wonderful. And, he’s the nicest man in the world! Don’t make the mistake of staying uptown, venture a little further, you’ll be so happy you did!

We had a week staying at this beautiful hotel which has character and charm. The staff in the restaurant and at reception could not have been more helpful and accommodating. The location was about a 30 second walk to the ski bus and at one end of the main shopping street.

Very nice, the waiters were excellent, the service was very attentive and fast, the breakfast area was also very nice, however the parking space was a bit small.

Very professional and friendly staff. They were ready to fulfill our every wish with great courtesy and professionalism. We had a great time, the only flaw being the lack of a pool, but the spa was very relaxing and private. If we ever return to Cortina, we'll already know where to stay.

The stay exceeded all expectations!!! A special thanks to the entire team, led by the excellent manager, Federico. Claudia greeted us kindly upon arrival, and she and the others always assisted us with professionalism and friendliness throughout our stay, making us feel at home. The rooms were well-heated and clean.

Christmas holidays 2023: terrible stay. Small and dated room. Plasterboard walls from which you can hear people talking day and night and, above all, throughout the entire stay I breathed in the smoke from the neighbor's cigarettes. Dust in the wardrobe and everywhere; grayed white curtains. The most serious thing is the motor on the roof which makes noise both day and night, as can be seen from the video. Room on the fifth floor with lift only to the fourth. Staff helpful but not adequate for a four star hotel. The noise of the engine, the noise of the neighbor and the cigarette smoke never allowed me to sleep. The only positive note concerns the cuisine: always of an excellent standard and the professionalism and kindness of the dining room staff. I am very sorry that I spent too much for the poor level of services
